Randy Schwalke

Owner, Feed Marketing LLC Senior Consultant, AgriCapital Corporation
Randy has been in the feed and pet food business since 1973 with a background in General Management, Sales/Marketing Management, Operations and Finance.  He’s held the positions of President, VP of Sales, General Director, Sales/Marketing Manager, Operations Manager and Controller. Having worked for ADM/MoorMan’s and Blue Seal Feeds, Randy has commercial feed, specialty feed, and pet food experience. He has managed teams of nearly 400 sales and technical people selling directly to dairy and livestock producers in the Mid-West, Northeast and Mid-Atlantic.  He has also managed the sales and marketing of an extensive line of specialty feeds and pet foods sold through over 1,000 independent farm/feed dealers and pet stores on the East Coast. Additionally, he was instrumental in establishing national distribution of organic and natural pet food brands sold through grocery, big box, and independent pet/specialty. Randy has also served on AFIA’s Board of Directors and President of the Northeast Ag & Feed Alliance.

Bob Anderson

Senior Trade Advisor, Organic Trade Association
Bob Anderson has more than 35 years of hands-on experience in all facets of organic agriculture, organic food production, processing, marketing and retailing, as well as leadership experience in the development of national organic policy, standards and organic certification. He serves the U.S. Secretary of Agriculture as an advisor for organic agriculture and international trade, and he served as the chairman of the National Organic Standards Board (NOSB). Anderson is a former director and past president of the Organic Trade Association. During the comment periods for the proposed national organic rules, he was the primary spokesperson for the NOSB and the organic industry. Anderson is currently a strategic advisor to organic agricultural initiatives and organic industry projects, as well as the U.S. Dept. of Agriculture Foreign Agriculture Service and U.S. Department of State. Until 2000, he was president of Walnut Acres Organic Farms, one of the most respected founding organic foods businesses in the United States.

David Dell

Global Marketing & Sales Director, CTB, Inc. – Brock Grain Systems
Dave leads development and implementation of strategic marketing plans, guides product development, manages worldwide distribution channels and leads the global sales organization for Brock Grain Systems. Dell brings 30-plus years of experience in sales and marketing to his employment with Brock, having held senior-level marketing and sales positions in the agriculture industry. He earned his bachelor’s degree in agricultural mechanization from Pennsylvania State University in State College, Pennsylvania, where he has also served on the board of directors for the College of Agriculture and on the university Alumni Council. Dell grew up on a dairy farm near Martinsburg, Pennsylvania, and currently resides in Warsaw, Indiana.
